 Owner - Carmen Villagran has over 20 years of experience working in the beauty salon industry. She opened her hair salon in 2007 after having worked at an up-scale salon--Regis Salon, in Tanforan Mall. Since then her business has expanded into a full-service salon.The inspiration for the name Dreams came from her aspiration to one day own her own business, and this she has successfully accomplished.The idea of dreams also plays a key role in how Carmen and her staff treat their customers."Customers come into the salon and they aren't always sure of what they want," she says.
